The hotel looked great but did not seem very clean at all. It was immaculately clean. Unfortunately, we stayed two nights and didn't receive a visit from housekeeping while being out all day. The service was pleasant, very helpful, and always with a smile. The location was ideal right off the i495 and the service road, great for business travelers. The dining experience had fair choices, and the lounge looked nice, although I had to serve myself coffee. The facilities were good overall.
Arriving at 1 p.m., the room with sliding glass doors opening to an interior covered courtyard was available thanks to Kevin at the friendly front desk. The area can be a bit noisy until quiet time at 10 p.m., ideal for early sleepers like me.
I was warmly welcomed and enjoyed the pleasant greetings daily at the hotel. The room, aside from the poor lighting, was nice with amenities like a couch, table, big bed, desk area, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. However, there was a disturbance from a loud party nearby that wasn't handled promptly.
